Backup
All recipes and settings for your eChef system are stored in your “My Documents\My Recipes” folder. As you would for all of your important files, eChef recommends that you backup your “My Documents\My Recipes” directory periodically.
Note: If you move files from the “My Recipes” folder, eChef won’t be able to find them and you’ll receive an error when trying to view them from the software.
